How Western Medicine is Destroying Desi Cows, Buffaloes, and its Patients ?


AyurvEda considers fat as a highly important nutrient for the body. Its emphasize on its highest value can be known by AyurvEda placing fat as one of the 7 dahtu-s, which is called as Medha dahtu. Your body needs good fat very much like water and air. The good fat is available from the milk of the cows and buffaloes.
The charaka samhitA says: “Cow ghee promotes memory, intellect, power of digestion, semen, ojas, kapha and fat. It alleviates vata, pitta, toxic conditions, insanity, consumption and fever. It is the best of all the unctuous substances.”
Of course charaka samhitA is talking about the ghee obtained from desi cows.
Such an important nutrition is being made a taboo by allopathy doctors who frighten their diabetic and heart patients to avoid fat. Their advices extend to the milk of desi cows and buffaloes.
The result ?
People are afraid to consume the milk of desi cows and buffaloes and instead they drink the milk of jersey cows. Due to this fear, milkmen in India are not rearing the desi cows and buffaloes at all.
The milk of the jersey cows has very very little fat and deprive the consumer the very purpose of drinking milk. Allopathy is doing a soft genocide of desi cows and buffaloes, and its patients. Instead they should take up the ayurvEdic view and encourage people to consume a lot of good fats.
